The
Higginsville Reader
The Higginsville Writers "promote
interest, discussion and participation in literary endeavors
in a creative setting." Evening meetings are
held the second and fourth Fridays of each month in member's
homes and offer critique of work in progress, both poetry and
prose.
The Higginsville Reader, a literary
quarterly published by The Higginsville Writers, welcomes submissions
of poetry, short fiction, essays, black and white artwork and

1 Worksheets
US1 Worksheets is a small literary periodical that focuses on
poetry but does accept prose. The group meets in the Princeton
area every Tuesday at a member's home. Attendees may
read one poem, or 2-3 pages of prose at each meeting for
editorial discussion.
